If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund (excluding any applicable shipping fees), given that your order was delivered within 30 days and your items are still in new or unused condition.
You are free to initiate a return within 30 days of receipt whenever you are not satisfied with the product, but you have to pay for the return or exchange cost if no quality issues are involved. Item(s) must be:

2.Uninstalled and/or non-assembled
3.Unused, no pieces missing
4.With original tags and packaging
According to the follow situation, Homerises can refuse returning item back.
1. The item which is not purchased from Homerises.com.
2. The items have been used, the label has been removed, the items have been washed or soak in the water.
3. Quality problem caused by wrong installation, storage and maintance.
4. Customers make the wrong measurement or details of the item online.
5. The color is within the allowable range.
6. The item has no problem, but the customers don’t like it or that is not suitable for your room.
7. Installed or used items will not be accepted for return. Customers can’t install, we suggest that customers could ask the help from plumber.
1. Home Goods are belong to be fragile, if damaged in the transit, please contact us in time(in general in 3 days after receiving), our customer service would solve for you and replace damaged. If not accept the above, please be careful to buy.
If you did not contact our customer service but directly return the Goods back to us, our company will refuse the parcel. Therefore, to avoid problems, please contact our customer service first.
2. We will resend you new replacement if the parcel damage or not receive ,But pls feedback the this information to local courier company which do delivery to you ,and do ask them to record and reply. it is the first important step to ask for claim online and then pls email us with pictures of broken packing. if local post office didn’t do record ,we can’t resend new replacement or refund.
3. Contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process within 3 days upon receiving your item(s). If there is no quality problem, the freight of return or exchange will be on the buyer.
We will refuse the full refund if you return the items without contacting with our Customer Service, and in no event shall us be liable for this situation.
4. All items must meet resalable condition requirements: new, unused, unaltered, uninstalled and undamaged condition. Items must contain their original packaging, and no missing parts. If the item is deemed received in non-resalable condition, we have the right to refuse the package(s) and refuse the return.
5. Please ensure the item meets condition requirements, and/or is the correct item prior to being sent back. If the item does not meet return requirements, or if an item has been received to us in error, we will immediately notify you of the issue. In these cases, the return will be refused; the sender will advise on disposition of the non-creditable item within 14 days, or the item will be disposed of/donated.
6. Please insure your return for its full value – merchandise damaged in transit will be refused. If your item is damaged, our representatives will gladly provide you with all necessary documentation to submit and support your damaged claim for compensation through the shipping company.
7. Return requests outside the 30 day return policy may be considered for store credit. Items must be non-discontinued, non-special order items in new, unused, uninstalled condition with their original packaging to be considered for this exception. Approval for a store credit exception is required.

Return shipping back to Homerises warehouse is in customer responsibility; you may choose any shipper you prefer, USPS, UPS, Fedex, etc. Please forward us your return tracking information, so that we may better track the arrival of your return.
Once your items are received at the warehouse, the returned items will be subject to evaluation. we will deal with it within 5 business days. It usually takes 10-15 business days for the funds to be credited to your account (excluding any applicable shipping fees)., depending on your bank or payment service.
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before the order has been shipped. Since we strive to ship as fast as we can, please note that you may have to cancel on the same day of order.

If your order has already been shipped or is unable to be canceled, we will guide you through our return process.
In the case the order is refused during delivery, due to incorrect filling of the customer address or refuse signing for parcel without reason，the customer will be subject to paying any Return to Sender fees, which are calculated by the shipping company. Any Return to Sender fees will be automatically deducted during the processing of the refund once the order has been received back at our warehouse.
